World Premium Shop Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the World Premium Shop Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Affiliate applications are reviewed manually.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
World Premium Shop reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission
- Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible completed purchases made through their unique referral link.
- Commissions are calculated only on the product subtotal.
- Shipping charges and taxes are excluded from commission calculations.
3. Cookie Duration
Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 30-day cookie.
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last affiliate whose referral link was used before the purchase will receive the commission.
4. Payment
- Minimum payout amount: $50 USD.
- Affiliate commissions become eligible for payment 10 days after the referred order is marked as completed, provided the order has not been refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back.
- Payments are issued only for approved commissions that have successfully completed the 10-day grace period.
- Payments are sent to the payment email address provided during affiliate registration.
5. Refunds & Grace Period
World Premium Shop maintains a 10-day refund grace period for all affiliate commissions.
If an order is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent during this period:
- The related commission will not be paid.
- Any unpaid commission may be rejected or removed.
- World Premium Shop reserves the right to reverse commissions associated with invalid transactions.
Only commissions that successfully pass the 10-day grace period become eligible for payment.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Purchase products through their own affiliate links.
- Create fake customer accounts.
- Generate fraudulent referrals or sales.
- Use spam emails, unsolicited messages, or automated advertising.
- Misrepresent World Premium Shop or its products.
- Publish false or misleading information.
- Use unauthorized coupon or discount websites.
- Bid on the World Premium Shop brand name or trademarks in paid advertising without written permission.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the affiliate program.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting World Premium Shop in a professional, honest, and lawful manner.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies.
8. Program Changes
World Premium Shop reserves the right to modify:
- Commission rates
- Cookie duration
- Payment schedules
- Program requirements
- Affiliate policies
- These Terms & Conditions
Changes become effective once published on this page.
9. Account Termination
World Premium Shop may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with policy violations may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
World Premium Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
